Can plants get too much artificial light
Most houseplants do well with 12-16 hours of artificial fluorescent light each day. Too little light will result in elongated, spindly growth and too much light will cause a plant to wilt, color to fade, soil to become excessively dry and foliage to burn. Plants also require a rest period each day.

Can you convert lux to par
You cannot convert lux to par, you can convert lux to foot candles.
Is 5000 lumens enough for plants
In order to obtain optimal plant growth, the minimum lumens for a grow light should be 2000. … Generally you want to be within the 3000 to 5000 range to get good plant growth while maintaining cost efficiency. That doesn’t mean you can’t go more or less than that range.
How many lumens does a plant need
There may be no ideal amount, but, generally, if you can produce somewhere between 300 and 800 lumens per square foot your plants should prosper quite nicely.
How many LUX does a tomato plant need
